"It... it was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen," Norman replied, nodding a little. "There was a sort of... green light that swept down over its body, and feathers behind its head that glowed, and a huge twisting horn coming from the front of its face, and it was... it was huge."

He let the awkwardness fade in order to sound a little bit awestruck, himself.
